Project Overview
This solution serves the battery, photovoltaic and advanced manufacturing industries, covering well-known enterprises such as BTR New Materials, Jinko Energy, EGing Photovoltaic, AAC Technologies and Zhongjian Technology. The production workshops are mainly equipped with three-phase nonlinear loads including chargers/dischargers, crystal furnaces and variable-frequency motors, which cause severe harmonic distortion and frequent power factor fluctuation during operation.
Solution
We adopt a targeted power quality governance configuration:
1）Active power filter assembly: eliminates 2nd to 50th order harmonics.
2）TSVCG low-voltage composite dynamic compensation device combined with harmonic protector: suppresses and filters 5th and higher-order harmonics while realizing reactive power compensation.
Application Effect
The integrated system effectively filters 2nd and higher-order harmonics and achieves fast linear reactive power compensation. It reduces harmonic interference, restrains harmonic amplification and optimizes grid waveform.
