Project Overview
The workshop of a large new materials manufacturer in Jiangsu is equipped with high-temperature graphitization furnaces and carbonization furnaces, which generate massive harmonics during operation. When multiple production equipment are started simultaneously, severe harmonic distortion will cause frequent tripping of feeder cabinets and main switch cabinets, resulting in production shutdown and heavy losses.

We provide a targeted power quality optimization solution by installing a 1800A active harmonic filter to effectively improve overall grid power quality.
