Product Overview

The JL-APF (G/T) low-voltage cloud-controlled active power filter is a new type of power electronic device designed to eliminate harmonics. Its operating principle involves using current transformers to capture line current; the signal undergoes A/D sampling and is processed via a harmonic separation algorithm to derive the harmonic reference component. Subsequently, utilizing PWM technology, the device generates a harmonic current equal in magnitude but opposite in phase to the system's harmonic component, thereby canceling out the harmonics in the system.

This cloud-controlled active power filter utilizes temperature measurement modules and an integrated communication management unit to upload APF module temperatures and operational parameters to the Laibao Smart Cloud via a communication module. Users can log in via PC or mobile devices to access real-time data and operational status; furthermore, cloud computing and alarm configurations enable remote alarm notifications and facilitate operation and maintenance tasks.

Performance Features

The APF’s comprehensive operating parameters are transmitted to a cloud platform via a large touchscreen and communication module, enabling remote monitoring and parameter configuration, as well as timely alarm notifications through both backend systems and mobile devices. Should on-duty personnel be unable to reach the site promptly to address safety hazards, remote control capabilities allow for the disconnection of circuits via computer to eliminate the risk.

The unit is equipped with an automatic inert gas fire suppression system that detects ignition points and releases inert gas to displace oxygen and extinguish the fire; this process causes no damage to the electrical equipment, allowing components within the cabinet to resume normal operation once safety is restored.

The JL-APF(G/T) active filtering device incorporates our company’s patented "Overvoltage and Comprehensive Harmonic Protector." This component provides harmonic current filtering and suppresses harmonic-induced overvoltage, while also offering linear compensation for both reactive and active power.
