Product Overview

The KYN28-12 indoor metal-clad withdrawable switchgear is designed for 3.6–12 kV, 50 Hz three-phase AC single-bus and single-bus sectionalized systems. It is primarily used in applications such as power transmission in power plants, power distribution for industrial and mining enterprises, power reception and transmission at substations, and the starting of high-voltage motors, providing control, protection, and monitoring functions. The product complies with standards such as GB/T3906, features comprehensive "five-prevention" interlocking mechanisms, and supports the installation of vacuum circuit breakers from various brands, making it a high-performance, complete power distribution assembly.

Structural Features

This product consists of two main components: the cabinet enclosure and the withdrawable unit (or "truck"). The cabinet is divided into four separate compartments; the enclosure offers an IP4X degree of protection, while the protection level between compartments—and when the circuit breaker compartment door is open—is IP2X. It supports various configurations, including overhead and cable-based incoming/outgoing lines, allowing for the assembly of diverse power distribution schemes. As installation, commissioning, and maintenance can all be performed from the front, the units can be arranged back-to-back or against a wall, thereby enhancing safety and flexibility while minimizing the required floor space.
