JL-TBBF Medium-Voltage Automatic Power Factor Correction System

The JL-TBB series high-voltage reactive power compensation devices are designed for use in 6kV and 10kV power grids to improve power factor and power quality. Through comprehensive automatic control of reactive power, the device improves supply voltage quality, reduces losses, enhances power factor and system supply capacity, and suppresses harmonics, thereby ensuring the safe operation of both the device itself and the connected grid.

Product Overview

The JL-TBB series high-voltage reactive power compensation devices are designed for use in 6kV and 10kV power grids to improve power factor and power quality. Through comprehensive automatic control of reactive power, the device improves supply voltage quality, reduces losses, enhances power factor and system supply capacity, and suppresses harmonics, thereby ensuring the safe operation of both the device itself and the connected grid.

Performance Features

① The device features a cabinet-style structure consisting of an incoming control cabinet and compensation cabinets. Key internal components include a controller, microprocessor-based protection unit, shunt capacitors, series reactors, fuses, discharge coils, zinc oxide surge arresters, and isolating grounding switches.

② A high-precision controller is employed to enhance overall device reliability and enable various compensation functions. An integrated automatic control system manages the automatic, microprocessor-controlled tracking and staged switching of capacitor banks based on line voltage and power factor.

③ It displays busbar voltage, current, power factor, reactive power, and active power, as well as control modes, busbar operating modes, and branch operating statuses. It includes event logging and statistical functions. The device supports automatic control and manual operation, and features RS-232 and RS-485 communication interfaces for remote control capabilities.
