The JLCKSG low-voltage iron-core series reactor is a key component of low-voltage reactive power compensation systems. Connected in series with low-voltage shunt capacitors within the power supply system, it not only facilitates reactive power compensation but also suppresses the amplification of high-order harmonics, limits high-order harmonic currents flowing into the capacitors, filters out a portion of these harmonic currents, restricts inrush currents during capacitor switching, and ensures the safe operation of low-voltage shunt capacitors and other power distribution equipment.
The JLCKSG low-voltage iron-core series reactor is a key component of low-voltage reactive power compensation systems. Incorporating our company's innovative manufacturing processes, this product features high linearity, low temperature rise, and low losses, ensuring stable operation within low-voltage reactive power compensation systems.
① Utilizes high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, resulting in low losses, minimal heat generation, and excellent linearity;
② Uses Class H or Class C high-temperature resistant enameled flat or round copper wire;
③ The entire reactor undergoes Class H varnish impregnation, specifically using a vacuum impregnation process;
④ Clamps, brackets, fasteners, and similar components are made of non-magnetic materials;
⑤ Equipped with a temperature protection device.
